A Puppy Under the Tree. Not

The ASPCA's Anne Marie Lucas, one of the stars of "Animal Precinct" on Animal Planet, explains why giving puppies for Christmas is a big no-no. Actually, you could probably figure it out for yourself, but it's nice to hear someone in uniform explain it once again.
